By entering, each participant confirms that they release YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, and Cosori from any responsibility or liability connected with this Giveaway.
The Giveaway begins when the relevant giveaway video is published and ends on Friday at 6PM UK time
(“Giveaway Period”).
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be accepted.
The Sponsor’s records will determine whether an entry was received before the deadline.
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
Individuals under 18 may enter only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law. The parent or guardian may be required to accept the prize on the entrant’s behalf.
The Giveaway is open internationally where legally permitted. Entrants are responsible for confirming that entering and receiving a prize is lawful in their country, state, province, or region.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing High Protein Kitchen will not increase the likelihood of winning.
During the Giveaway Period:
Visit the official giveaway video published on the Lean With Gabi YouTube channel.
Leave a comment containing the words “High Protein.”
Only one YouTube entry per person will be counted, regardless of how many comments that person submits.
Liking the video and subscribing to the channel are appreciated but are not conditions of entry and will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.
Entries generated through bots, scripts, automated services, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
Comments must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
The prizes are:
One Cosori TurboBlaze Air Fryer; and
Fifty US$10 vouchers redeemable toward the purchase of High Protein Kitchen; and
Additional surprise prizes selected by the Sponsor.
The approximate retail value, model, colour, availability, and delivery method of each prize may vary by the winner’s location.
The US$10 vouchers:
May be used only on leanwithgabi.com;
Are subject to any instructions and expiry date provided to the winners;
Cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated; and
Will not be applied to a previous purchase.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where shipping the air fryer to the selected winner is unavailable, unlawful, unreasonably expensive, or impractical, the Sponsor may provide a reasonably equivalent substitute prize or store credit at the Sponsor’s discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for local taxes, customs charges, import duties, electrical compatibility, or other costs arising from accepting or using a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.
Potential winners will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The selection will take place after entries close on Friday.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, selection, and administration of the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
Potential winners will be announced or contacted through the official Lean With Gabi YouTube channel or an official Lean With Gabi social-media account.
The Sponsor will never request payment, banking passwords, credit-card details, or a fee to release a prize.
Potential winners may be required to provide their name, email address, age confirmation, delivery address, and country of residence solely for verifying eligibility and delivering the prize.
A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Personal information collected from potential winners will be used only to:
Verify eligibility;
Contact winners;
Administer the Giveaway;
Deliver prizes;
Prevent fraud; and
Meet legal or tax obligations.
Personal information will not be added to a marketing list without separate consent.
Information may be shared with delivery companies, prize suppliers, service providers, or authorities only where reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway or comply with the law.
Except where prohibited by law, winners agree that the Sponsor may announce their public YouTube username and country in connection with the Giveaway.
No entrant’s private contact details or delivery address will be published.
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:
Submits false information;
Uses bots, automation, duplicate identities, or fraudulent accounts;
Attempts to interfere with the selection process;
Impersonates the Sponsor;
Violates these Official Rules; or
Violates the applicable platform’s rules.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the Giveaway when fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, legal restrictions, events outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances prevent the Giveaway from being administered fairly.
Any material update will be posted on this page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor will not be responsible for:
Lost, late, deleted, hidden, duplicated, or misdirected entries;
Platform, internet, hardware, software, or communications failures;
A winner’s inability to receive or use a prize;
Loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation or prize use; or
Events outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
YouTube is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and is not responsible for its administration.
By entering through YouTube, entrants agree to comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and release YouTube from all liability related to this Giveaway.
